As a very small company, preorders are a way for us both to fund production and gauge interest in our designs. We will list the target date for shipment with each preorder, and do our very best to meet those dates.
Since most of our pieces are a limited run, once we start producing the amount made is set. Also - because we love you! - preorders are usually discounted, going up to the full price when production starts. Ordering sooner means your size won't sell out.
If your order includes both in-stock items and preorders, we will ship the in-stock items first and then ship the preorders separately when they arrive, at no extra shipping cost to you.

If a preorder is delayed for any reason, we offer you a full refund or the option to wait for the new shipping date. Occasionally, we may need to cancel a preorder, in which case you will be refunded in full within 7 business days of cancellation.
