FAQS

• What forms of payment do you accept?

When will I receive my order?

If your order is for in-stock items like one-of-a-kind or predyed, it will ship within 3 business days. If your order contains hand-dyed items, it will ship within 10 days from when your order is placed. If your order contains made-to-order items, it will ship within 21 days from when your order is placed. If you are pre-ordering items, the estimated shipping date will be listed on the item page! We’ll send you a tracking number and you will be notified when your parcel is on the way.

 Can I return something?

If you receive an item you believe to be defective, please contact us via email to arrange for a return. We offer exchanges for all other situations, including fit issues or color concerns. We will work with you and do our best to make sure you are pleased with your purchase.

How do I exchange an item?

Please email us at info@ionaclothingstudio.com to initiate an exchange. Let us know what the issue is and we’ll do our best get you what you need.

 How do your preorders work?

We offer preorders as a way to gauge interest in a design, and to help fund the production of it. You’ll see our expected delivery date listed on each pre-order, and we do our best to communicate any changes to that date. If the date goes beyond what we plan, you have the option of getting a refund or waiting for the new date. Please refer to our Preorder Policies page for more info!

 Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we do not. If you are an international customer, please send us and email at info@ionaclothingstudio.com and we will work with you individually.

Why is there a wait time between when I order and when it’s shipped?

Most of our pieces are hand-dyed in our North Carolina studio, and some of our designs are made to order. That means we are cutting and sewing your garment just for you and then dyeing it the color you select. This results in a one-of-a-kind piece that will be worth the wait! We are starting out as a pretty small operation so these timelines might change as we grow.

Can I get a garment in white or black?

Our undyed items are sewn with white cotton thread for dyeing and often have a mid-range color like gray used for the inner finishing. We can sell you and undyed item if you do not mind this stitching! And as much as we love black, it’s the hardest color to get even with professional dye. We do have plans to produce our most popular designs in just black at some point - we want black pieces too!

When will you offer XS and 4X sizes?

This will be determined by our growth over the first few years we are in business. The hope is that we get enough interest in these sizes to offer them by 2022, along with a Tall option! Stay tuned, one of our goals is to make good fit available for every body.
