Our Fabrics & Custom Dyed Colors

IONA is committed to sourcing fabrics grown and milled in the USA. Currently, we are using knit fabric grown in Texas and milled in North Carolina and the USA. Our linen and linen blends are imported for now but our next step is sourcing a local supply. All of our IONA garments are cut and sewn in the USA!

One of the ways we can be flexible as a small-but-growing company is to offer custom dyed colors. Our colors are low impact professional procion dyes- colorfast, washable and permanent.

For our IONA Label garments, every one is custom made to order. You may pick your solid color from the selection listed for each style! And please note that due to the hand-dyed nature of these items, 'solid' is relative. There will be the subtle variations in color intensity that make it truly special.

We are always evolving and dreaming of new syntheses. Collection Colors are hand-dyed in small batches and are very limited, one-of-a-kind pieces. These musings are inspired by nature, the elements, our surroundings and maybe my childhood.
